You can visit Dove Cottage and Rydal Mount the home's of the famous poet William Wordsworth also his final resting place at Grasmere which is five minutes in the car or you can leave it at The Anchorage's car park and you can walk the coffin route ! ! ! Ambleside and Grasmere both hosts some lovely coffee houses and eaters. So you can see we have plenty to offer here in the Heart of the Lakes.
